One of the many things we love about our J'Adorable life is the freaky friends that have shown up on our doorstep over the years. You remember Douglas Friedman, photographer du jour, from his last visit to Halong Bay, right?Well, this morning we awoke to find in our email box New Year's greetings from Douglas sipping cocktails at 11am at Basil's Bar on the Caribbean island of Mustique! Apparently, the bar just went wireless which I guess is BIG news for desolate island resort towns! We're not sure, but we're just glad to know he's still trolling sandy stretches of beach looking for that one man who will pick him up off the sand and take him back to his hotel room!
